Three nights. We've found anything shorter doesn't really pay off — by the time you've set up and packed down, you've barely had a trip. Camplify enforces the minimum.
Camplify charges a refundable bond (usually $1,500) which is released within seven days of drop-off, assuming nothing's damaged and the van's returned reasonably clean.
Yes — Camplify includes comprehensive insurance with every booking. You can also opt-in to reduce the excess. Roadside assist is included as standard.

She leaves full of diesel and comes back full of diesel. Receipts please. She does about 11-12L/100km on the highway.
Pop the slideout, fire the heater, put the kettle on. Cancellation terms are set by Camplify — usually full refund if you cancel 14+ days out, partial 7-14 days. Weather alone isn't a cancellation reason, sorry.
